ВОЛМА-Монтаж- Клей гипсовый для монтажа ПГП и ГКЛ, тонкослойный.
Сухая монтажная смесь на основе гипсового вяжущего, модифицированная минеральными и химическими добавками, обеспечивающими высокую адгезию, водоудерживающую способность, оптимальное время работы.
Область применения:
Для монтажа перегородок из гипсовых пазогребневых плит, крепления гипсовых элементов, для бескаркасного монтажа гипсокартонных и гипсоволокнистых листов (ГКЛ, ГВЛ), листов теплоизоляции к вертикальным поверхностям.
«ВОЛМА-Монтаж» применяется внутри помещений с нормальной влажностью и температурой от +5 до +30ºС.Основания:
Бетон, кирпич, цементно-известковые штукатурки, гипсовые блоки и плиты, ПГП, газо- и пенобетон, ГКЛ, ГВЛ.
Подготовка основания:
Основание должно быть сухим, прочным, очищенным от пыли, грязи и прочих веществ, ослабляющих адгезию раствора к поверхности. Большие неровности и выступы устранены. Металлические элементы обработать средством, предотвращающим коррозию. Сильновпитывающие основания обработать грунтовкой «ВОЛМА-Универсал», слабовпитывающие гладкие основания – «ВОЛМА-Контакт».
Приготовление раствора:
Сухую смесь высыпать в чистую воду в пропорции 1 кг смеси на 0,5-0,55 л воды и перемешать до состояния однородной массы. Дать отстояться раствору 2-3 минуты. При необходимости добавить смесь или воду для получения нужной консистенции и снова перемешать. Приготовленный раствор использовать в течение 60 минут после приготовления.
